While using the medicine provided by the earth, we make healing products with purpose in small loving batches.
We believe in creating the most potent products while using the least ingredients. Many people have different sensitivities or allergies and we do the best we can to limit the ingredients used. In caring for the well being and health of others, we avoid using any toxic chemicals in the products created. All ingredients added are included with the intention of healing and providing the loving care you need.
When foraging from the earth and harvesting from the garden, it is with genuine gratitude, respect, and intention to give back to the earth and the plants. We are dedicated to conservation of plants, wildlife, habitat, and use plants ethically to the best of our ability. All wildcrafted products are made with the knowledge of native plant conservation.
All medicine is charged with crystals, and created with healing intention.
All of the oils and infusions are made patiently, allowing for potency and effectiveness. Many of these products take time to be created. Please keep in mind that potency is priority, so items will not be restocked right away.
The Herbalist
Katie is the crafter and dreamer of Wild River Herbs. Katie obtained a degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences while studying Herbal Medicine, Cultural Anthropology, Biology, Ethnobotany, and Forestry. She's a naturalist, herbalist, gardener, forager, nature-nerd, video gamer, cook, and writer.
Current Projects: fantasy novel, and the Wild River Herbs YouTube Channel. She is also a Twitch Affiliate and Variety Caster of video games. She loves crafting, cooking, and outdoor adventures.
Her most current work has been with the American Herbalists Guild, designing, filming, editing, and starring in 4 YouTube videos for the AHG channel. Since then she has been creating videos on the Wild River Herbs channel and plans for many more to be uploaded.
